Have been a customer for years whenever I have issues with my car. I asked a simple question, trying to understand the recent alternator and battery test results I had got minutes before dropping off my car and Scott took it as a personal offense. I never doubted his diagnosis, I simply asked a question and was met with a horrible attitude. He hung up on me twice! Audio clips of the conversation with Scott are included in this review. I will never be back.
